She really did an amazing job on my “way over due, looked like something the cat dragged up hair!” It really was that bad! She did root color, foils and and balayage. She also took the extra time to give me a much needed Olaplex deep conditioning treatment. She finished it off with the perfect beach waves.. For over six years, our salon has proudly served the local community, and we were recently honored to be voted the area’s Best Hair Salon. As the stepmom of our owner, Kristen, Jana holds a special role at Color Bar Kristen Decker Concept Salon, serving as both a stylist and the salon’s manager. She is Kristen’s right hand and a vital part of what makes our team so strong.

Rachel’s journey in the salon industry began at a young age, when she discovered her passion for the art of hair. After completing school, she dove straight into the salon world, joining Color Bar in 2018 as an assistant. During her time as an assistant, she developed her skills, perfected the color line, and worked her way up to Junior Stylist.
Through dedication and a natural talent for building connections, Rachel quickly grew her own clientele. After 4 years as an assistant and Junior Stylist, Rachel is now a Master Stylist. Her work is deeply inspired by creative color and innovative styling, always striving to push boundaries and achieve bold, beautiful results.
